This policy explains how FSO Wealth, a trade name of Global Fiduciary Partners, LLC ("we," "our," "the Firm"), collects and uses information from visitors to our website, newsletter subscribers, and prospective clients who interact with our online forms and scheduling tools. This policy covers website and marketing activity only. If you become a client, additional protections apply to your nonpublic personal information under our separate Client Privacy Notice, which is delivered with our Form ADV Part 2A and available upon request.
1.Information we collect from website visitors
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

- Pages visited, referring website, and time spent on each page
- Date and time of visits
We collect this information through standard website logs and, where applicable, analytics tools. It helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve content and performance.
2.Information you provide directly
We collect information you choose to submit through:

- Scheduling tools, when you book an introductory call
- Newsletter signups, including your name, email address, and any preferences you provide
- Webinars, downloads, and other resources, including your name, email, and any questions you submit when you register for a webinar or event, or provide your email address to receive a guide, checklist, or other resource. Providing your information for any of these may enroll you in our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, send you the communications you request, and, where relevant, follow up about our services. If you submit a form through our website, we may retain a copy for our records.
3.Third-party service providers
Our website and marketing rely on third-party service providers, each of which processes information under its own privacy policy. These include:
- Form and scheduling providers, which power the contact forms and booking tools embedded on this site
- Email marketing providers, which deliver our newsletter and track opens and link clicks
- Business productivity and video meeting providers, for email, calendars, file storage, and webinars
- Website hosting and analytics providers, including Google Analytics.
When you interact with an embedded form or scheduler on our site, the information you submit is transmitted directly to the applicable service provider and processed under its terms. We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver our services, and we do not permit them to use it for their own marketing.

6.If you become a client
If you engage FSO Wealth as a client, we will collect and protect your nonpublic personal information as described in our Client Privacy Notice, which is delivered with our Form ADV Part 2A. The Client Privacy Notice governs how we handle sensitive financial information such as Social Security numbers, account balances, income, and financial documents.

7.How long we keep information
We retain website visitor and marketing information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you rights regarding your personal information, which can include:
- Requesting a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Asking us to correct or update your information
- Asking us to delete information we no longer need
- Opting out of marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in each email. For other requests, email warren@fsowealth.com. We will review each request and respond in accordance with the privacy laws that apply to you and to the Firm. Certain information may be retained where required by law.
9.People under 18
Our website and services are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and multi-factor authentication on business systems. No online transmission or storage system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
